Fit checks, order questions, damaged trays

Replies go to the address you write from. Nothing is added to a mailing list.

01 — Before you order

Three things to check.

Two minutes now saves a return later. If any of these do not match, email before you buy.

01 / Truck

Year and model

These trays are built for the Freightliner Cascadia 2018 or newer, cab 116 or 126.

Any other truck is not confirmed yet. Email a photo and I will tell you honestly whether it is worth trying.

02 / Pocket

The dash pocket

Look at the factory slot in the dash, below the climate panel. That is where the tray sits.

It has to be the factory slot with no broken tabs or aftermarket panel screwed over it.

03 / Bolt holes

Overload only

The Overload needs two factory bolt holes in your dash. Count them before you order.

One hole means it will not fit. Take the Cascadia Tray, Mini, or Wide Load instead.

02 — Fit check by photo

How to take the photo.

A clear photo of the empty pocket is enough to tell most of it. Bad light and sharp angles are what make it hard.

What helps

  • Straight on. Camera level with the pocket, not looking down at it from the driver's seat.
  • Daylight or cab light on. Flash usually washes out the edges you need to see.
  • The whole pocket in frame, both ends, plus a little of the dash around it.
  • Something for scale. Lay a pen or a key beside the slot so the size is obvious.
  • The bolt holes, if you are asking about the Overload. One photo of each side is fine.

What to write

Year, model, and cab. One line is enough:

2019 Cascadia 126, automatic. Photo of the pocket attached. Which tray?

If it is about an order you already placed, put the order number in the subject line so it does not get lost.

Send it to dashdock.sales@gmail.com.

03 — Cross reference

What fits what.

Every tray slides into factory slots. No drill, no adhesive, nothing screwed to the dash.

04 — Straight answers

Questions that come up.

If yours is not on this list, send it. I would rather answer it than have you guess.

Will it fit my 2019 Cascadia 126?

Yes. The Cascadia Tray, Mini, and Wide Load slide into the factory dash slots on the 2018 and newer Cascadia 116 and 126. The Overload is the only one that needs something extra — two factory bolt holes.

My dash only has one bolt hole. Can I run the Overload?

No. The Overload mounts on two factory bolt holes and will not fit a one-hole truck. That is not a small gap you can work around. Order the Cascadia Tray, Mini, or Wide Load instead — those slide into the slot and need nothing else.

Does it need screws, glue, or drilling?

No. The trays slide into the factory slots in the dash. No drill, no adhesive, nothing attached to the truck. That also means you can lift it out to clean it or move it to another truck.

How does shipping work?

Free shipping on every tray. If you need it by a certain date, email before you order and I will tell you straight whether it can make it — I would rather say no than have you waiting on a truck that is already gone.

Where is my order?

Email dashdock.sales@gmail.com with your order number and the name it was placed under. You get a reply with the status, not a tracking page that says "pending" for a week.

Something arrived damaged or I got the wrong tray.

Email a photo of the box and the tray within a few days of delivery. Damaged or wrong on my end gets replaced or refunded. Keep the box until we have sorted it out.

Can I send a tray back?

Yes, within 14 days of delivery if it is unused and in original condition. The full policy is on the returns page — it is short and there is no fine print hiding in it.

Do you make custom sizes?

Sometimes. Send a photo of the pocket with something for scale and tell me what you want to carry. If it is something I can do, you get a price and a timeline. If it is not, you get a no, not a runaround.

I run a shop. Can I stock these?

Yes — truck stops, travel centers, chrome shops, detailers, fleets and resellers. All four trays are available to stock. Wholesale prices, minimums and lead times are set per inquiry rather than printed on the site, so send the details on the wholesale page and you get a real answer back.

Still not sure?

Year, model, and a clear shot of the pocket. That is all it takes to know before you order.
